Items received that were not submitted via the portal, past return date, or that violate return policy will be donated to charity.
Returns must be in original, unworn condition with no stains, defects, pet hairs, smells, or any signs of wear or use. All original tags must be attached and all packing slips included in the return.
Shoe boxes must be shipped in a separate box or mailer, as they are considered part of the product's original condition. If a shoe box is damaged or taped, the return will be refused.
Please Please don’t just send us your items back. We’ll have to donate it to charity and won’t be able to accept it. Which is great for the charity, but not great if you want to order more clothes!
